High pressure to our east will slowly slide away from North Iowa and Southern Minnesota with a warm front remaining over the Northern Plains. Early this morning there were a few isolated showers, but they have now all dissipated. For the rest of today, we will see partly cloudy skies with a slight southerly breeze and highs in the low 80′s. Tonight, we will remain partly cloudy with overnight lows in the low 60′s.

Tuesday, the warm front will lift through the Upper Mississippi Valley, bringing in partly sunny skies along with possible isolated storms, breezy southerly winds and highs in the low 80′s. Tuesday night, the cold front will slide through, bringing in better chances for a few more storms. Behind the cold front on Wednesday, we will see decreasing clouds and slightly cooler highs near 80 degrees. Thursday we will have a mix of clouds and sunshine with highs still near 80. Friday and through the weekend, temperatures will be just a bit warmer in the mid to low 80′s with chances for storms on Friday and Saturday.

Have a great Monday!
